Did you know that 45% of all valuation delays are caused by incorrect or insufficient contact details provided for inspection? Please ensure you provide the correct contact details otherwise there may be a delay in the valuation result.

Please be advised that the valuation cost is Non-Refundable once an order has been placed.

If the valuation is cancelled prior to inspection, a cancellation fee of $330 for residential and higher for Commercial (To be advised) will be charged.

AVM is not refundable once the valuation report has been generated. $110 will be charged if cancelled after AVM request submitted.

Paid AVM CANNOT be contribute to new valuation unless system suggest shortform.

In granting the authorisation for Upfront Valuation, I/We hereby advise that the Valuation report is only for SO MONEY and its Underwriter use only.

Valuation fees may Increase due to different situations.
